Cancellation

Booking Cancellation Policy 15 days or more from Check-in-date - 90% refund of the total booking amount. 10 to 14 days from Check-in-Date - 75% refund of the total booking amount. 05 to 09 days from Check-in-Date - 50% refund of the total booking amount. Less than 5 days from Check-in-Date - No refund of the total booking amount. Please note that refunds may take up to 20 working days to reflect in your account. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of guest misconduct, rude behaviour, fraud, possession of any weapon, involvement in any unlawful activities, and any blacklisted profiles. Refund Payment - Refunds will be made only to the registered booking credit or debit card. There will be no cash payments.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied and supervised by parents or guardians. Complimentary stays, extra bedding, meal charges and additional occupancy fees depend on the child's age, selected room category and applicable booking plan. Please confirm child occupancy and charges before booking.

Pets

Pets are not permitted within the resort premises. Guests are requested to make alternative arrangements for their pets before arrival.

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in. Guests must maintain cleanliness, respect quiet hours and avoid disturbing other guests. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, if available. Outside food, unauthorised visitors and the use of personal heating appliances, electric irons or other high-power electrical devices are not permitted without management approval.
