Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the accommodation amount paid. Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before check-in are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's room tariff, including applicable taxes, capped at the accommodation amount paid. No-shows and cancellations on the scheduled arrival date may incur a charge of up to 100% of the booking amount. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines. Any separately disclosed, lawful non-refundable fees will be governed by the booking terms.

Children

1. Children of all ages are welcome, subject to the maximum occupancy permitted for the selected room category. 2. Children aged 5 years and below may stay without an additional accommodation charge when sharing existing bedding with parents or guardians. 3. Children aged 6–11 years may incur additional charges depending on bedding and meal requirements. Guests aged 12 years and above are treated as adults for occupancy and pricing purposes. 4. Extra beds, children's meals and other services are subject to availability and applicable charges. Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
